Services

I offer individual therapy, family sessions, parent/caregiver coaching, and skills-based support for adults, adolescents, and families. Services are tailored to individual needs and collaboratively determined during the intake/assessment process.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is guided by your goals. Treatment will likely be informed by DBT, CBT, ACT, and exposure and mindfulness-based approaches.

DBT Skills Training

DBT skills training sessions focus on building concrete skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Skills training sessions may be appropriate for clients who are waiting to start a DBT skills group, seeking an alternative to DBT skills group, or for clients or family members who could benefit from learning or re-learning a hand-picked set of DBT skills.

Parent/Caregiver Coaching

Parent/Caregiver coaching is rooted in DBT principles/strategies and supports caregivers in taking care of their own needs while helping to meet the needs of a struggling child or young adult. This may include guidance around navigating anxiety/avoidance, complex mental health needs, neurodivergence, and challenging family dynamics.

Gender Health Evaluations

I provide gender-affirming evaluations for individuals seeking gender-affirming medical care. This process is collaborative and aligned with WPATH SOC8 standards of care, with the goal of supporting access to appropriate treatment.
