Services
I offer individual therapy, family sessions, parent and caregiver coaching, and DBT skills training for adolescents, adults, and families. Together, we will determine the services and treatment approach that best fit your needs, goals, and circumstances.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is guided by your goals and values. Depending on your needs, treatment may draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, exposure-based therapies, and mindfulness-based approaches.
DBT Skills Training
DBT skills training focuses on building practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. These sessions may be helpful for individuals waiting to begin a DBT skills group, seeking an alternative to group treatment, or wanting to strengthen specific skills in a more individualized format.
Parent and Caregiver Coaching
Parent and Caregiver coaching is rooted in DBT principles and supports caregivers in caring for themselves while responding effectively to the needs of a struggling child or young adult. Coaching may include guidance around navigating anxiety and avoidance, complex mental health concerns, neurodivergence, emotional dysregulation, and challenging family dynamics.
Family Sessions
When helpful in supporting a client's goals, I offer sessions that include one or more family members as part of an individual's treatment. Family sessions can provide opportunities to improve communication and navigation of conflict, strengthen relationships, increase understanding, and support progress outside of therapy.
Gender Health Evaluations
I provide gender-affirming evaluations for individuals seeking gender-affirming medical care. This process is collaborative and aligned with WPATH Standards of Care Version 8 (SOC8), with the goal of supporting access to appropriate treatment.
